Between September 15 and November 15, 2025, buy any eligible Superwinch product from an authorized retailer. -
Complete the Rebate Form
Fill out the form completely and legibly. -
Attach Required Documents
- Original sales receipt
- Original UPC/barcode label cut from the product packaging
